Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnyMe, the anime vertical series platform for anime content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. AnyMe is a creator-first platform. These terms apply to all users and creators on the AnyMe app and related services.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You remain responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users

Virtual Credits & In-App Purchases

AnyMe offers virtual credits that users may purchase within the application. These credits are digital items that can be used exclusively within the AnyMe platform to unlock premium anime episodic content.

Virtual credits:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Are non-transferable between users.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.
• Do not represent any form of investment or property right.

All in-app purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. AnyMe does not collect or store users' payment card details.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Creator Earnings & Withdrawals

Creators on AnyMe may earn revenue based on user engagement with their anime content and the platform's internal revenue-sharing policies. AnyMe is a creator-first platform.

Creator earnings are calculated internally and are not directly linked to the monetary value of virtual credits.

AnyMe reserves the right to determine the revenue-sharing formula and may update it from time to time.

Creators may request withdrawals of eligible earnings subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds
• Identity verification (KYC)
• Compliance checks
• Applicable taxes

AnyMe reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject withdrawal requests in cases of fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal concerns.

Platform Fees

AnyMe may retain a percentage of revenue generated through the platform as a service fee. The applicable commission structure may vary and can be updated at AnyMe's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

Users and creators must not:

• Attempt to manipulate the credit system
• Engage in fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
• Use automated tools to artificially inflate engagement
• Promote illegal or restricted content

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and design elements are owned by AnyMe or its licensors. User-generated content (including anime series and related content) remains owned by you, licensed to us for display within the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
