Terms and Conditions (AnyMe)

For the Apple App Store, the required Terms of Use (EULA) for the licensed application is Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. This page sets out additional AnyMe terms (service use, content, creators, credits) together with subscription disclosure for App Review (Guideline 3.1.2(c)); it does not replace Apple's EULA.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple App Store — Guideline 3.1.2(c))

AnyMe may offer auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. The following information is provided for App Review, App Store Connect metadata, and in accordance with Apple's requirements for apps offering auto-renewable subscriptions (including Schedule 2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement where applicable).

For App Store Connect and the subscription purchase UI, use:

1. Title of subscription

Each auto-renewing subscription's title is the same as the corresponding In-App Purchase product name displayed in the AnyMe app and on the App Store in your storefront (for example, premium or tier names as configured in App Store Connect).

2. Length of subscription

The duration of each subscription (e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 1 year) is shown on the App Store product page and in the AnyMe purchase flow before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Price of subscription

The price in your local currency, and price per unit where applicable (e.g. price per month for an annual plan shown as equivalent monthly), is displayed in the app at purchase time and on the App Store prior to purchase. Apple may adjust pricing for certain regions or tax rules; the price you accept at checkout controls.

4. Billing, renewal & cancellation

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price unless Apple or you have changed the plan.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your account settings on your device after purchase: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → AnyMe (wording may vary slightly by iOS version).
  • If a free trial or introductory offer is offered, Apple's terms shown at purchase apply; unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where required by Apple's rules.

5. Refunds

Subscription billing and refunds are handled under Apple's policies. To request a refund, use Apple's report a problem flow or contact Apple Support. AnyMe does not process subscription refunds directly.

6. Apple's standard EULA (Terms of Use)

Your licence to use the AnyMe app from the App Store is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In App Store Connect, use that URL for the EULA / Terms of Use requirement when you rely on Apple's standard EULA. The rest of this page is AnyMe's additional terms of service (content, accounts, purchases, creators).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnyMe, the anime vertical series platform for anime content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. AnyMe is a creator-first platform. These terms apply to all users and creators on the AnyMe app and related services.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You remain responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other users

Virtual Credits, Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

AnyMe may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (see Auto-Renewable Subscriptions above) and/or virtual credits or other one-time in-app purchases. Subscriptions are governed by the subscription section above and by Apple's payment terms; consumable or non-consumable items are as described at purchase.

AnyMe offers virtual credits that users may purchase within the application where available. These credits are digital items that can be used exclusively within the AnyMe platform to unlock premium anime episodic content.

Virtual credits:

  • Have no real-world monetary value.
  • Are non-transferable between users.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.
  • Do not represent any form of investment or property right.

All in-app purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. AnyMe does not collect or store users' payment card details.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Creator Earnings & Withdrawals

Creators on AnyMe may earn revenue based on user engagement with their anime content and the platform's internal revenue-sharing policies. AnyMe is a creator-first platform.

Creator earnings are calculated internally and are not directly linked to the monetary value of virtual credits.

AnyMe reserves the right to determine the revenue-sharing formula and may update it from time to time.

Creators may request withdrawals of eligible earnings subject to:

  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds
  • Identity verification (KYC)
  • Compliance checks
  • Applicable taxes

AnyMe reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject withdrawal requests in cases of fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal concerns.

Platform Fees

AnyMe may retain a percentage of revenue generated through the platform as a service fee. The applicable commission structure may vary and can be updated at AnyMe's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

Users and creators must not:

  • Attempt to manipulate the credit system
  • Engage in fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
  • Use automated tools to artificially inflate engagement
  • Promote illegal or restricted content

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and design elements are owned by AnyMe or its licensors. User-generated content (including anime series and related content) remains owned by you, licensed to us for display within the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
